With only 15% of the country’s road network paved, most fuel transport routes involve rough, unpaved roads that become extremely muddy during the long rainy season from March to May. Additionally, Tanzania’s coastal climate features high humidity and salt air, which accelerates corrosion of steel components. To meet these demands, our aluminum tanker uses premium 5454 marine-grade aluminum alloy for the tank body, which is 1/3 the weight of steel while offering exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.
