Tongya signed a formal purchase agreement with a professional crude oil logistics company in the Republic of Congo, who ordered 3 units of Tongya Crude Oil Tanker Trailer for crude oil haulage between inland oil fields and coastal refineries. Our Tongya Crude Oil Tanker Trailer is specially developed for the harsh transportation environment in Central Africa. Congo has a typical tropical rainforest climate with high temperature, high humidity and frequent heavy rains, and most roads connecting oil fields are unpaved and become extremely muddy in the rainy season. To address these challenges, this crude oil tanker adopts a reinforced heavy-duty chassis and 3-axle heavy-duty suspension system, which can effectively absorb road shocks and maintain stable driving even under full load of crude oil on bumpy roads.

Considering the corrosive nature of crude oil, the tank body is made of 6mm thick corrosion-resistant Q345R steel plate with advanced robotic welding technology, ensuring zero leakage and long service life. The inner wall of the tank is treated with a special anti-corrosion coating to prevent chemical corrosion caused by crude oil, extending the tank’s service life by more than 4 years compared with ordinary fuel tankers. Multiple reinforced anti-wave baffles are installed inside the tank to minimize liquid surge during transportation, greatly reducing the risk of rollover accidents on winding mountain roads. The entire trailer is coated with three layers of high-performance anti-corrosion paint to resist the erosion of humid air and ultraviolet radiation in the Congo Basin.
